Time to open our eyes folks on what a real hot sauce is, when your going to buy a hot sauce look at the ingredient list and look for vinegar, if you see it, don't buy it, look for another sauce that doesn't have any vinegar at all.

When you buy a hot sauce when you one with out the vinegar because vinegar by default will eat the flavor a bit by default and won't taste as crisp and also reduces the heat, and maybe you don't want it that hot and thats fine, but you do want the flavor, the more flavor the better.

When we cook, we want to taste the flavor we want to enjoy what we have, other wise we are paying for something we cant get the whole taste of.

So guys lets say bye to watered vinegar'd down hot sauce and lets buy some real stuff.
