Another game I recently completed I've beaten this on so many consoles, and different remakes and yet I still enjoy a new play through of this game, in fact this was the 2nd game I ever beat, and the 2nd RPG I ever played behind Dragon Quest 1.

You can choose 4 characters out of a warrior, monk, thief red mage, white mage, and black mage, and set off to restore the peace to the land, absolutely one of the best games ever made, and if you consider how many Final Fantasy games there are, including an MMORPG you would be wise to consider playing this game at least once.

There wasn't a whole lot different changed on this version, there are some boosts, and you can turn random encounters off and on, the graphics and sound were greatly improved, the world map display may be a bit bigger, but the core values of this game is amazing!

If you have never played Final Fantasy this is the version I would recommend, however I would wait for it to be on sale, at nearly 40 years old, anything above 10$ isn't really fair but then again maybe I would stretch it to 20$ they did a lot of work to keep this game alive, and though you can get it on many different platforms, this one was my favorite on the switch.
